Kokedama with Found Pottery

Join living art designer, Aisha Sanders of Urbane Terrain as she demonstrates how to create kokedama moss balls (Japanese bonsai technique). This technique uses moss, a specialty soil, selected plants, and found pottery. Aisha will walk workshop participants through a few simple techniques that transform air plants and a bit of creativity into breathtaking creations.

Aisha Sanders is the owner of Urbane Terrain. She is a Botanical Curator and Living Art Designer. Aisha leads various living art workshops, sells at handmade markets, and exhibits her work throughout the Triangle area.

Early Bird Registration Bonus!

Register for any class at least 3 weeks in advance and receive a $5 store voucher good towards the purchase of any materials in The Scrap Exchange retail store! Voucher will be handed out at the beginning of the class, and will be valid for two weeks. The voucher may not be applied to Cameron Gallery items or programs. This voucher will only be given to students who register at least 3 weeks prior to the start date/time of the class.

Refund Policy

Refunds for class fees will be issued if the class is cancelled by The Scrap Exchange for any reason. If you register for a class and cannot attend, a refund will only be issued if you notify the Scrap Exchange at least 24 hours before the class begins.
