If you’re looking to complete court-ordered community service, The Scrap Exchange is a great place to do it! Individuals interested in completing their community service are welcome to attend this 30-minute orientation. During the orientation, attendees will learn about the history of The Scrap Exchange and our guidelines around completing community service. After a short talk, the attendees take a tour of our stores and fill out some paperwork. All individuals must complete one orientation before they can begin their community service at The Scrap Exchange.

Community service orientations are held at The Scrap Exchange every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Orientations are held in the Make N Take room at the Scrap Shop (not the Thrift Store).

IMPORTANT: There are certain charges/offenses that make individuals ineligible to complete their community service with us.
