I’m inspired by The Scrap Exchange’s mission and capacity to fully embrace the one’s trash is another’s treasure mantra. Their approach to creative reuse offers an inventive model supporting Durham’s hyperlocal economy, in addition to strengthening its environmental, cultural, and arts ecosystems. Equally, I’m encouraged to see The Scrap Exchange striving to live its mission, as it endeavors to remain one of Durham’s leading, community-driven pillars.King Kenney
