Design Center
Interested in renting our Design Center?
Design Center is the perfect place for a team meeting, small conference, or crafting get together. We can rent the room out at the rate of $20 per hour anytime between 11am and 6pm Tuesday through Friday. Please read the guidelines and space info below before sending your inquiry via the form below.
Guidelines
Respect the space! We’re happy to make this space open to our community, but in return please be gentle with our tools and supplies so they can continue to be made available.
If you don’t know how to use a tool or machine, please do not attempt using it without help. Please only use tools and supplies outlined in the guidebook.
Please keep your project contained to the Design Center and leave the room as you found it.

Space Info
What do you have?
40’ x 38’ room size
Three wheelchair accessible entrances/exits - one goes to the outside of the building, one to the reuse store, and one to the Make N’ Take Room
Ten large tables, each 6’ x 2.5’ with 20 chairs total
Shelf of sewing materials and tools (needles, thread, etc.)
Cabinet with first aid items, scissors, rotary cutters, tape, glue, and staplers
Cabinet with extension chords, bungees, cleaning supplies, and a tool kit
Two paper cutters along with several rulers and yard sticks
12 working sewing machines
What do you *not* have?
A projector, TV, or screen
Refrigeration, freezer, or ice services
Free shopping! Please purchase all items you may need from the stores
Privacy — please keep in mind that as rentals are scheduled during store hours, there will be through traffic in the space as staffers move from one area to the next
